Sports Performance Dietitian

Jill McNutt is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who works with dancers, circus artists, and performance-driven athletes.

She helps performers and athletes fuel demanding training and schedules with practical, science-backed nutrition strategies that support energy, recovery, and consistency.

With a background as a professional dancer and circus artist, Jill brings both lived experience and evidence-based nutrition to every athlete she works with.
